Basic Instructions

Stoplight: Click the color that best describes the person's response. Green — open and receptive; keep going. Yellow — interested or uncertain; slow down, listen, and proceed carefully. Red — not receptive; respect the stop.

Orange Cone: Use the cone when an obstacle or barrier is in the way — such as hurt, misunderstanding, distraction, an immediate need, distrust, or another issue that needs attention before moving forward.
